Lunch will be served on Thursday and Friday at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel and the seminar programme will include a number of tea and coffee breaks throughout the event.
Cocktail Reception – Wednesday 26th June – 18.00-20.00
Our opening cocktail reception will be held at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel. Drinks and canapes will be available. This will be your first opportunity to meet old friends, make new ones and widen your business network prior to the seminar. Accompanying persons are able to attend if registered. The dress code for the cocktail reception is smart casual.
Evening dinner – Thursday 27th June – 19.00-22.00
We are holding an evening dinner at the Artyzen Club, just a short distance from the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, exclusively for delegates only (no Accompanying Persons are permitted due to restrictions on numbers at the Artyzen Club). The dinner will offer an ample opportunity to continue meeting more conference delegates and enjoy the amazing Hong Kong skyline.

How to get there
The Artyzen Club is located in an elegantly appointed space in Hong Kong’s Shun Tak Centre, with an extensive transportation network connecting Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal, Western Harbour Tunnel and underground train (MTR) stations.
The easiest way to get to the Artyzen Club is by MTR or taxi – it is just a few stops away from the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel seminar venue on the MTR or a short 15 minute ride by taxi.
