Booking restriction notice
Registration is only available to P&I Correspondents that are listed by one or more International Group Clubs and is restricted to two delegates per company per country, with a maximum of five delegates per company in total.
Full conference programme, cocktail reception and buffet dinner £360 plus VAT = £432
Cocktail reception only £72 plus VAT = £86.40
Cocktail reception and buffet dinner £175 plus VAT = £210
Note: Only one accompanying person is allowed per delegate.
Payment is by credit card and payment will be taken at the time of booking. A confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you shortly after your payment has been taken. If you do not receive confirmation or you cannot pay by credit card, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Terms and conditions
The International Group must be in receipt of full payment prior to the day of the conference or your nominated delegate(s) may not be allowed entry to the event.
Cancellations 14 calendar days prior to the event will be refunded at 50% of the delegate fee.
Cancellations within 14 calendar days cannot be refunded.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Names of delegates may be changed at any time without charge and notification of name changes should be made in writing.
Unless stated otherwise, registration fees include lunch and refreshments.
Hotel accommodation or travel is not included.
If for any reason the International Group cancels this event, the International Group does not accept any responsibility for reimbursing travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by the delegates.
The International Group reserves the right to amend any conference agenda at any time and without giving prior notice to delegates.
